Baughman Antique Banjo
This all-wood banjo was made in the 1880s. Two of the tuning pegs have been replaced over the years, one with another hand-carved peg, the other with a more modern one. The fretless neck has deep grooves in it made by the many years of playing it has seen. The banjo is owned, and played frequently, by Steve Baughman of San Francisco.
